These Terms and Conditions (the “Legal Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you”) and POP LOCATE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a payment to an organization that links to this TOS, you consent to receive SMS messages for notifications, feedback requests, and marketing at the phone number you provide.
Opting Out
You may opt out of all text messages at any time by replying “STOP”. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Frequency
You will receive 1-2 sms messages when paying an invoice. You may receive 1-2 additional messages per month for feedback or marketing.
Assistance
For assistance, you can reply “HELP”.
Liability
Pop Locate, its users, or SMS carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Email Messaging
