Thanks for purchasing our service at https://www.poplocate.com/ operated by Pop Locate. We do not offer a refund on our services if your billing date is past due. If you are not satisfied with the services that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back for one month retroactively maximum. We do not offer a reimbursement of our services if your billing date has past since we would have already had expenses for your services come out on our end. We encourage our customers to try our service for a minimum of one year to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
